What we offer
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner for Plant Maintenance which is part of the Plant Engineering Cluster. This has historically been accomplished by manually planning appropriate levels of competence, spare parts in inventory and overall cost.
You will have a key role in the digital transformation of our factories! We are right now highly focusing on the Industry 4.0 transition. Our vision is to have our factory equipment connected enabling a data driven maintenance, both preventative and predictive. You will be part of the journey as we deliver on our company’s vision and scale our users globally. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously and ensure high quality as well as adaptability in our delivery.

You will work together with the agile product team following SCRUM/SAFe frameworks.
What you’ll do
You are articulating and consistently emphasizing the short- and long-term vision (roadmap) of the product to the team and relevant stakeholders.
You will lead a dedicated digital team working hand in hand with business stakeholders on a daily basis. Your team will strive towards providing global solutions supporting a common way of working at all factory sites. You own, build and prioritize the epics, features and stories together with the business stakeholders in the team backlog including defects and enablers.
Lastly, you coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners, and you will be participating as a member of the Plant Engineering Cluster where you contribute towards the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
Do you fit the profile?
You have an interest in software development and experience of IT solutions within manufacturing. You can coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel together with the stakeholders and own the product backlog with the ambition to have a global harmonized landscape.
You need to have a good level of English and Swedish to be successful in this role.
Who are you?
For this position, you need to have excellent communication skills, high integrity, a strong sense of delivery and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and getting things done, in time and with the right quality.
