We are looking for product owner ServiceNow platform is used by many departments not only Service Desk and IT delivery teams, but also risk departments, security and operations. ServiceNow is furthermore supported and developed by a third-party vendor.

- In this position you are responsible for the support and development of ServiceNow. You engage with business and module owners to build a roadmap and deliver according to business needs. Development and operations of all tools and applications are managed by 3rd parties; you will consequently engage with and manage relevant supplier teams.

- Uses several delivery methods, but the main model is SAFe. In this position you will be part of IT Delivery Service Management department within Digital Delivery and report to Service Owner of Shared Services.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for development, life cycle management and service of ServiceNow platform.
Ensure that business and IT requirements are captured and implemented in a timely manner. Collaborate with business functions using ServiceNow. Liaise with Service Management Office - owner of ITSM module.
Collaborate with other Ikano teams such as systems teams, infra teams etc to ensure integrations functionalities of ServiceNow is well designed and functioning
Lead the support and development team of ServiceNow. Engage together with Service Owner with account management of ServiceNow.
Manage the backlog for the team developing and configuring our ServiceNow instance. This includes creating, reviewing and approving user stories and features, securing that the correct stakeholders are involved and prioritizing.
Secure IT Service performance according to Service Level Agreement from ServiceNow and third party. '
Drive business value development of ServiceNow.
Support in audit work and ensure that potential findings are dealt with in an appropriate way

Qualifications

- You have 10+ years’ experience in IT.

- Have experience of working as Product Owner, service management, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, including project management, and good knowledge in change management.

- You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence in the area of Service Management, as well as working in a complex multiple vendor environment.

- You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree within the area of Technology, Economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in for example ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.

- You preferably have experience and competence within the area of banking and/or experience of working with IT Transformation.

- As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever-evolving environment.

- You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences.

- You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth.

- You are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills.
