Product Owner

Arbetsbeskrivning

We put items to better use. Hundred-thousands a week actually. Enhancing our selling service is therefore on top of our agenda.
The Product Owner for our selling systems is a critical role within Sellpy, responsible for optimising our entire process of selling millions of pre-loved items.
As part of the Product team, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with both the Engineering and Operation teams to ensure the selling service runs effortlessly. From onboarding new users, walking them through ordering to packing the iconic Sellpy bag. We need you, our next Product Owner, to ensure customers enjoy a smooth journey as we sell their items.
Your role primarily focuses on the selling product and related systems like the e-commerce platform on the customer-facing websites and app. We are excited to see you collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, and other Product Owners, Product designers as well as Engineering and the Commercial team to develop larger projects as well as incremental features. We encourage you to think big, start small, and scale later as you explore how technology can solve large-scale challenges.
We are seeking a sustainable hero who shares our passion for putting items to better use. In short, you will apply your technical mindset to big questions to empower everyone to live more circularly.
In short, you will:
Be responsible for the selling-related systems guiding our users through the Sellpy experience, optimising for their happiness.
Improve how new users are introduced to the selling service to ensure they are happy with the end result of selling with Sellpy
