Logistics Solutions develops solutions for warehouse Automation and has approximately 100 employees. Our headquarters is in Mjölby, Sweden, and outside Brussels.

Time for you to make a MOVE! We seek a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our Automation Product Management team at Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions. As a Product Owner, you will utilize your knowledge of product ownership and software development to create user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure that our team is focused on delivering the highest value to our customers.

Job description
As a Product Owner, you will be part of a dynamic, agile team. You should have an eye for detail to support project deliveries, analyze information and contribute to the design and strategy for technical solutions. Prioritization and leadership skills are essential as you will be responsible for the team's progress and the delivery of our products.

Core Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will be to build, prioritize and maintain the team backlog and support the product development planning with the Product Manager. You will also:

* Communicate rationale, goals, and expected customer value to the team
* Participate in Sprint & PI system demos to demonstrate achieved progress
* Work with PM to break down EPICs into features and MVPs and help SPM scope MVP
* Have reasonable authority within delegation and budget to decide what should be on the team backlog

As a person, you have a basic knowledge of software development and deployment. You are positive, structured, and pragmatic and bring energy and drive to the teams you work with. You focus on solving instead of discussing problems. You also have a:

* 3-5 years of experience in product ownership and software development
* Basic knowledge of software development and deployment
* Interested in leadership and knowledge of leading teams
* Great communication skills in Swedish and fluent in English, written and verbal
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps and MS Office Suite
