About the role

Our client is now looking for experienced product owners ready to join one of the IMS projects. As a product owner you will work as the bridge between the customers and two of the cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for gathering customers’ requirements, breaking down demands into tasks, estimating time and helping both the customer and the teams towards a successful outcome. Furthermore, you will be responsible for prioritizing the team backlog/tasks as per the customer needs and proactively analyzing the upcoming risks in the product area(s). 

Key qualifications for the position:

·       Previous experience as a Product Owner of cross functional teams

·       Experience in Telecom domain

·       Experience in IMS

·       Strong background within programming and good understanding of the technical aspects

·       Extensive experience in Software development life cycle

·       Proven ability in leading technical discussions and planning  

·       A deep understanding of agile methodologies and ways of working

·       Fluent in English, spoken and written

If you are fluent in Swedish it is also seen as positive.

To be successful in this position it is important that you are an open-minded person with a strong inner drive. You are a team player with great communication skills who is familiar with setting up processes and creating structure. You are also technically skilled and passionate about bringing value to the customers. Furthermore, you are strong in planning, prioritizing and execution of feature/maintenance deliveries. Since the company is a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.
