We are looking for a Product Owner in our Additional Material development in Programme Management, in the Development & Technology organization. You will be leading a cross-functional team and develop the additional material for tomorrow, with sustainability and time to market in strong focus. You will be part of a dynamic working environment in high pace and with high focus from the company and our customers.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden. You will travel around 10% of your time.
What you will do
As our Product Owner, you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for project and, program management within Tetra Pak Additional Material roadmap. You will be leading exciting development projects in a global environment with many opportunities for personal growth and career development. You will be required to network both within and outside D&E to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships.
Main responsibilities
Managing project execution, including resource and project planning, long term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, business needs, governance forums
Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective, including industrialization and deployment, as well as continuous improvement
As product owner, you are also the interface for requests and changes working with stakeholders

Who you are
The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management and experience of agile working methods, is strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization. As well, you are a pragmatic person, able to find solutions and work under pressure.
You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or 5-7 working experience in engineering. We believe that you have 3-5 years of project management experience, PMP certified, with a proven track record from development projects combined with a strong business understanding. You also have experience and training from working with Scrum and Agile methodology.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills able to negotiate and communicate both in general and technical terms. You have strong stakeholders’ management ability as you would interact with high level stakeholders.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
