About the job
In this position, your main responsibility is within the products of Microsoft Office 365 and you ensure a portfolio that combines the necessary functionality and mix based on the requirements of our different business areas and the continuous releases from Microsoft. Working with roadmaps, planning and product lifecycle are important parts of your assignment, and you aim to increase the value of our services by actively collaborating with service managers, service architects, solution architects and end users. You also keep track of IT trends and make sure that we keep ahead, and as you closely interact with, and have a strong understanding of our business, you identify future needs and areas where we need to put extra effort to stay a first-class IT supplier.
The location for this position is either Sandviken or Kista, however, for the right candidate the location can be flexible within Sweden. You need to be present in Sandviken 1-2 days per week.
We’re looking for someone with broad experience from the field of IT, with a proven track record of managing in-house IT services and internal stakeholders. You have a strong ability to understand and realize customer needs, creating roadmaps and discussing IT solutions, and previously working in a global context is a benefit. Experience from service delivery in a global outsourced environment is advantageous, as is experience with Office 365 services, license management, security frameworks, ITIL, service reporting and outlining business cases. As we collaborate across cultural borders, you must also have excellent skills in both Swedish and English.
