As part of driving this shift the Autonomous Systems Development section (EAD) is responsible for developing Scania’s on-board software stack for autonomous driving within industrial confined areas.

Our group, Vehicle Behaviour (EADD), is responsible for several modules onboard the autonomous vehicle; Degradation management, Mission handling and Situational awareness. We have an exciting challenge ahead of us, are you ready to play a key role in driving the shift as our new product owner?

As a person you know communication is key and a structured but creative environment helps the team to thrive. You are a good listener and can inspire your team to reach new goals. You help the team to keep the customer focus and set clear priorities that are in accordance with our product vision

You probably have a M.Sc. in e.g., Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering and are interested in Robotics and Automation. We hope you find our products as exciting as we do and maybe you have experience from a similar environment, we however also welcome applicants from other business backgrounds who can bring in new ideas and share their experiences.

What we can offer

A welcoming team who like working together. The team has a diverse set of skills and backgrounds and plan and help each other in the day to day work. Your day will be filled with cross functional contacts and problem solving and you will have the benefit of combining the big picture with getting insight to the code.

We offer a flexible workplace where you can combine meeting colleagues at the office, seeing the results of your teams' work being used on the test track and enjoying the benefits of your home office.
