You will work in a highly collaborative team to devise data and analytics solutions to business challenges, bringing your skills and ideas into every discussion. As the product owner, you have the responsibility to ensure the success of the agile product development team to provide reporting and analytical solutions to key stakeholders within the Finance and other business functions.

• Own the relationship towards our business stakeholders to deliver BI and analytics solutions.
• Lead and support our Agile team of BI developers and business analysts.
• Have overall responsibility for delivery new, change maintenance of BI reporting and analytical solutions.
• Own and manage the product backlog to have relevant and refined content and requirements.
• Balance the team’s capacity against backlog demand while engaging the stakeholders to balance and prioritize the development agenda.
• Be responsible for all related external and internal communication. 
• Lead the work of an Agile DevOps team working with development and maintenance aspects of the tools – platform, data assets, access management, integrations, upgrades, extensions, etc.
• Work closely with data engineers, platform specialists, UI/UX experts, and data architects, to set best practices and ways-of-workings.
• Support and guide business users in self-servicing BI and analytics.
 Additionally, you are expected to:
Provide subject matter expertise and operational know-how to support projects and solutions with conversion of data-related business requirements into data architectures and technical solutions.
Be responsible for solution compliance with rules and standards (e.g., information security), legal and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to relevant delivery process standards.
Ensure documentation and standard operating procedures are up to scratch
Leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
Ensure cost-conscious and sustainable development.
Who you are:
We believe that you already have general knowledge in the Microsoft Power suite, but particularly, substantial knowledge in PowerBI and have experience in running BI teams using Microsoft BI and Analytics stack. Tableau, Qlik, and SAP Analytics Cloud experience are highly regarded.  Preferably, this knowledge spans all the way from data platforms to analytics or BI application development.  Moreover, you should have experience working in agile setups and be comfortable in taking prioritization decisions. Organization and planning skills are key qualifications for this role, and exposure to stakeholders, vendors, and software suppliers will require a confident leader personality.  You have extensive experience running BI teams, and have good knowledge in data modeling concepts, data platforms, data warehousing, and BI tools. Experience with Azure Cloud Data Analytics stack and Azure Dev Ops. Experience in Snowflake or SAP Analytics is also highly regarded.
