We are looking for an engaged Product Owner to contribute to Ericsson's market-leading 5G cloud packet core products and solutions.
 
The Solutions Department develops products and solutions for the Ericsson Cloud Core – one cloud packet core for all accesses and services, with dual-mode operations, 4G and 5G. We deliver Massive IoT, Mobile Broadband and Enterprise Core on different cloud environments.

Position overview
PDU Packet Core is looking for a Strategic Product Owner (SPO) for the Enterprise Core Solution. This role is combined with the task of being Operational Product Owner (OPO) for Deployment of Packet Core Solutions, leading the teams for Deployment Validation and the System Manager Team.
The open position is within the section Solution Design and System Management. This section consists of around 20 System Managers and Product Owners.
 
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Your primary task is to set the directions for the Enterprise Core Product. An equally important task is to lead two teams, the SM Deployment team and the Deployment Validation team. You will:
Produce Roadmap for Enterprise Core
Together with product line and peer OPOs keep roadmap and function plan up to date
Explain what, when and why to deployment and SM teams
Keep backlogs up to date with regards to Feature priority and F-states
Define features on EPIC level for teams
Be Packet Core point of contact towards VMware
Be part of Packet Core solutions program team to aid program and resource planning
Together with SPOs define long term evolution of Packet Core solutions
Support teams to deliver on time e.g. by negotiating scope and priorities
Be responsible for updating Solution release notes together with other OPOs
