About the job
In this position, your main responsibility is within the products of Microsoft 365 and specifically those within collaboration - such as Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. You ensure a portfolio that combines the necessary functionality and mix based on the requirements of our different business areas and the continuous releases from Microsoft. Working with roadmaps, planning and product lifecycle are important parts of your assignment, and you aim to increase the value of our services by actively collaborating with service managers, service architects, solution architects and end users. You also keep track of IT trends and make sure that we stay ahead, and as you closely interact with, and have a strong understanding of our business, you identify future needs and areas where we need to put extra effort to remain a first-class IT supplier.

The location for this position is either Sandviken or Kista - although for the right candidate, a flexible option within Sweden can be discussed. You need to be present in Sandviken at least a couple of days per week post Covid-19.

And what about you?
We’re looking for someone with broad experience from the field of IT, including a proven track record of managing in-house IT services and internal stakeholders. You have a great ability to understand and realize customer needs, and you easily create roadmaps and discuss various IT solutions. Previously working in a global, matrix setting is a big plus, as is experience from managing service delivery in an outsourced environment. Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 services, license management, security frameworks, ITIL, service reporting and outlining business cases are naturally beneficial. As we collaborate across cultural borders, you must also have an open mind and excellent skills in both Swedish and English.

Your structured and proactive approach, combined with your commitment to customers and service, are your keys to success in this role. You have practical ways of working, enjoy problem-solving and are both confident and curious as you try on new methods, search for improvements and drive change initiatives. As a true team player with great networking skills, you inspire people around you by sharing your knowledge and ideas, and you’re also skilled in delivering results by making decisions on the go in the ever-changing environment of IT.
