Product Owner – IT Infrastructure

Kambi IT Operations supports the infrastructure of the entire organization and ensures a stable environment, so that Kambi’s business can deliver twenty-four seven, year-round. We are dedicated to agile operations, believe dev-ops and automation is a great way of achieving that and use agile methodologies to support our efforts along the road.

As a Product Owner, you will analyze our IT infrastructure deliverables and maintain the backlogs of two to three self-organizing operations teams through the next phase of Kambi’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing business needs, infrastructural changes, and service requests from our internal development teams to improve our IT operations delivery. You will cover product ownership needs within network, data center and system administration areas.

Responsibilities:

• Own a backlog, plan, and lead refinement sessions/groomings
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the goals and needs for IT operations
• Continuously discover, slice and plan what value to build
• Prove that the efforts of you and your team produce value
• Act as a shield for the teams to control the scope of their sprints
• Be a driver for products, business and service requests, team initiatives (changes and infrastructural updates)
• When needed, engage with business stakeholders and users globally

We expect you to:

• Have several years of experience within IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Have a solid understanding of infrastructure environments to be able to understand the priority and size of each epic
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology
• Previous experience as a product owner, agile coach or scrum master is a big advantage
