Your mission…
…is to ensure a portfolio that combines the necessary functionality and mix, based on the requirements of our different business areas and the continuous releases from Microsoft. You mainly work with the following software:
Office 365 Tenant
Power BI
Power Apps
Power Automate

Working with roadmaps, planning and product lifecycle are important parts of your assignment, and you aim to increase the value of our services by actively collaborating with service managers, service architects, solution architects and end users. You also keep track of IT trends and make sure that we stay ahead of the game. As you closely interact with, and have a strong understanding of our business, you identify future needs and areas where we need to put extra effort to remain a first-class IT supplier.
Where do you work?
This position gives you some flexibility to choose your own working location within Sweden, although weekly presence at our site in Sandviken is needed post Covid-19, to maintain strong personal networks and smooth collaboration.
What you need to succeed
With a broad experience within the field of IT and a proven track record of managing in-house IT services and internal stakeholders, you’re well-equipped for taking on this role. You also need a great ability to understand and realize customer needs and experience of creating roadmaps and discussing various IT solutions.
It’s a big plus if you previously been working in a global matrix setting and have experience from managing service delivery in an outsourced environment. Experience and knowledge within relevant software and practices is naturally beneficial, such as Power Platform, Power BI and Microsoft 365 (services, license management, security frameworks, ITIL, service reporting and outlining business cases).
Although experience and knowledge are important, your personal qualities make the difference! Your structured and proactive approach, combined with your commitment to customers and service, are your keys to success in this role. You have practical ways of working, enjoy problem-solving and are both confident and curious as you try on new methods, search for improvements and drive change initiatives. As a good communicator, you’re happy to discuss ideas and to inspire your colleagues with creative solutions and new ways of thinking.. You’re self-motivated and have a genuine interest in driving technology towards stakeholder needs with high precision on set targets for cost, quality and security.
