Product Owner Payment
The Sales Platform, as a part of Lynk & Co IT, is seeking a product owner payment to support the management & optimization of sales order flow with related integrations towards our internal commerce system including product area checkout, order delivery, customer engagement and 3rd party payment etc. Responsibility of the role is to support commerce product owner, other IT streams, and development teams on coordination and collaboration to fulfill the order flow business functionality. This role will also actively participate & manage testing/launch activities related to the order part.

The position is based in either Gothenburg, Amsterdam, or Barcelona. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can requires occasional travel.

What you'll do

- Translate Business requirements into IT requirements and align sales model of GEMS with all necessary integrations to order
- Responsible for B2B and B2C ecommerce flow with payment integration as focus area
- Close collaboration with our finance supplier to insure delivery of function of financial flow
- Ensure Market Place adherence to L&C operating principles and integration into day to-day operative flow in conjunction with User support
- Develop product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic opportunities
- Operations & SLA responsibility on the related product area
- Order management implemented with all key integrations
- Secure all related integrations documented & governance established




What you should have

- Previous experience as Product Owner or similar role
- Strong experience and understanding of working with current e-Commerce products/solutions in the market
- Extensive experience with the common payment solutions for both B2B and B2C flow in the market (design, implementation, testing). Any experiences with market payment provider will be a big merit
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
- Excellent listener and strong communication skills to be able to create trust and convey complex ideas and alternatives to the team and all stakeholders in different areas (such as Marketing, Sales, Operation, Finance, and external vendors)
- Own the related backlogs in DevOps and details all the related requirement for partners and development team
