What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Owner R&D Software based in Lund Sweden to help us deliver Schneider Electric’s corporate Building Management System (BMS) platform. As a member of the R&D software development team you will work closely with Product Management and other R&D development teams globally.
You will be responsible for working with your R&D software development teams and stakeholders for analyzing requirements, defining User Stories, prioritizing team backlogs, planning and executing product increments and more. You will be working with development of new features for our BMS platform, as well as maintaining existing features.
In addition, you should be a great team player and a good communicator. You will ensure best practices are followed while being responsive in a dynamic and iterative Agile development setting.
Responsibilities·
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and prioritize user stories into team backlog
• Serve as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner
• Perform backlog grooming and drive product increment planning
• Based on product demonstrations, accept features into the system baseline
• Collaborate with architects and other key stakeholders to clarify and deliver project requirements
• Work with stakeholders to solve problems, debug, profile, etc.
Required skills and experiences
• 3+ years of product ownership and or scrum master experience in Agile development environment (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) desired)
• 3+ years of software development experience AND Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong written and verbal Swedish and English communication skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with development of automation systems is desired
