About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Product Owner to join our rapidly growing company. As a key player on our Product team, you will work closely with back-end engineers focusing mainly on infrastructure development. The role entails active collaboration with Product Management leadership and other stakeholders.

Your goal is to understand and translate business objectives into actionable user stories while leveraging your technical expertise to advance an ambitious product roadmap. You have experience working with an agile SaaS product development and leading the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation into deployment and further incremental improvements.🤩🚀

What You Will Do

- Work closely with Product Leadership to create and maintain a product backlog aligned with the roadmap, business goals, and overall strategy.
- Manage epics/feature backlog prioritization applying agile mindset at every step
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Create user stories and ensure they are ready for development and contain clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the committed user stories are completed
- Ensure the quality of product overseeing incidents and critical bugs
- Provide support for client-facing teams and train internal stakeholders on new features and products
- Provide regular development updates and insights to Product Management leadership
- Proactively align with stakeholders on the roadmap, release plans, and execution
- Identify and define product growth opportunities through understanding the market, competitors, and user needs
- Engage with customers to gain a better understanding of their work and how Netigate can assist them
- Gather feedback, analyze trends and use data to improve our product


What We Are Looking For

You are a proactive person who seeks to make an impact, facilitate positive change and contribute with expertise. You thrive in dynamic teams with passion and progress at heart while being self-directed and able to anticipate problems and seek opportunities.

- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner working with infrastructure teams (networking, security, cloud services, integrations) preferably in a SaaS company
- Experience aligning tech and business teams to choose the best solutions for the set goals
- Ability to facilitate and contribute to engineering discussions around technical solutions and strategy
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and principles
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field is not required but is definitely a benefit
