Job description
Are you looking for a new challenge in IoT? Maybe this job as Product Owner is for you!

The Product Owner will be responsible for 1-3 scrum teams, prioritizing the product backlog(s) and working closely together with the Scrum Master / Agile Coach. The product owner will, on a daily basis, prioritize business requirements from Product Managers, and take the lead in defining user stories in the product backlogs. This includes defining requirements, describing use-cases and writing acceptance criteria. The product owner will be responsible for the deliverables of the team and will be the key communication channel to stakeholders by e.g. leading sprint reviews.

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems focuses on entrance automation through design, manufacturing, sales, installation and service to optimize our customers business. We are now hiring a Product Owner that will continue the development with the teams to build an ecosystem of connected and smart products and services.

The divisional headquarter of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is serving the global organization and is located less than ten minutes’ walk from the Landskrona train station in a modern office.

Responsibilities
These are the main responsibilities:
• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements priority of stakeholders
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Set sprint goals and sprint planning
• Plan releases 
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Lead sprint reviews and be the main communications channel towards stakeholders

You will interact with members of the IoT development teams, UX/UI team and Product Managers and stakeholders’ requirements. The teams are a part of a global cross-functional multi-brand matrix organization. 

Qualifications
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles 
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
• Education in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Experience managing Agile development projects with links to gateway/tollgate-managed projects
• A high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
• Experience with AWS as cloud provider is meriting
• Experience with React Native App development is meriting
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
