Randstad Technologies is looking for a Product Owner to join Qmatic's R&D team in Mölndal.

As we are expanding our Product Management department, we are now looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of our features with regards to business intelligence and analytics to provide insights to our clients with regards to their customer journeys.

You will get the opportunity to work in tight collaboration with a cross functional development team. You will refine high level requirements initiated by our Product Management team as well as interpret user needs and challenges to guide the team in what needs to be done to ensure we deliver the most value to our clients.

Responsibilities
You will become the product expert in terms of what the product does and how different stakeholders make use of the product. You will own the product backlog together with the development team and together plan and prioritize the work needed to ensure fulfilment of business and product goals and requirements. You will help the team to refine user stories and ensure a common understanding in terms of why the features are needed, how they will be used and what value they will bring to the company and the client. As a part of defining acceptance criteria for the product you will also ensure the product fulfill the criteria in an early stage. The product owner role also includes ensuring product documentation, both identify the need as well as provide content. 

As a product owner at Qmatic you will be the spokesperson when it comes to the products you own and communicate both internally and externally which will require excellent communication skills in English.

Working hours
Full-time. The position is located at our HQ in Krokslätts Fabriker, Mölndal. Given the current pandemic we mostly work from our home offices and we see that you too have experience working in distributed teams.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Hold great communication skills 
Are a team player
Have experience from refining initiatives to clear requirement
Have an interest in business intelligence and think data management is really cool. 
are proactive and look for new opportunities 
have proven leader skills from similar roles in the past 
can communicate in English language written as well as verbally 
are familiar with agile development approach

We also think that you would benefit from:  
Having a cultural awareness and experience working with distributed teams cross the globe
A background within QA
Being familiar with a variety of BI-tools such as power BI as well as a genuine interest in analytics or data science
