Description

The Product Owner is an active member of the Agile Team responsible for defining, prioritizing and monitoring the OKR's and EPICS and prioritizing the product teams backlog in order to streamline the execution of priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the MVP components for the team. The Product Owner will report to the Senior Product Owner and has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring stories meet the Clients business needs and comply with the definition of done. The Product Owner are not only responsible for the product itself but also for all masterdata and analytics co-development with the other digital product owners and business stakeholders at the client. They expect a deep domain competence in digital marketing, retail sales and media management in order to succes in this important role.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Strong communication skills - can communicate complex message to wide audience
- Strong leadership skills - able to influence broad leadership teams using combination of influencing techniques. Brings a high energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him
- Strong problem-solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholder
- Experienced in finding and implementing radically new ideas and solutions
- Sets high standards and inspires others to continuous improvement
- You excel at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high quality products in a sustainable fashion
- Able to build a sense of trust and transparency that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
- Domain knowledge of Digital Marketing, Retail Sales and Media Management >7 years
- Project Management and/or Agile Product Management 4-7 years experience
