We are currently looking for you who are ready for the exciting challenge to take on this key role in the Product Quality Investigation team within our Global Quality Organization. The position will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.


What you’ll do
In this role you will be fully focused on the quality of Polestar products. You will assure that Polestar have the right focus to immediately identify any potential quality defect by using all possible sources of information and secure fast solutions.

Except from internal Polestar cooperations, you will also work in close collaboration with Volvo Cars and Geely in the areas of Product Quality, Product Compliance, Research & Development, and Customer Service etc.

The areas you will cover are:

- Identify any potential quality defect by using all possible sources of information.
- Secure correct attention in order to get fast solutions
- Ensure short-term and long-term solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure actions are in place to deliver targets
- Develop an efficient way of working within your area of responsibility
- Report to Polestar management with status, proactively identify risks and enable action plans to secure deliveries.



Who you are
To be a great fit for this role, we are looking for you with positive attitude and a great passion for the EV industry. You have interest in the area of connectivity, exceptional communication skills, and a curious and analytical mindset. You have the ability to work professionally and building strong and sustainable relationships in a fast-paced and global environment. Also, you are a great team planer and thrive in completing tasks efficiently and independently with a high-driving spirit.


To be successful in this role, we believe you have: 

- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or other relevant education, with a strong interest in connectivity and/or propulsion
- Minimum 7 years’ of Quality or R&D experience from the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and coordinating skills 
- Fluent in English, Chinese is meritorious
- Experience in Excel, Power Bi, Qlik, Power Point and JIRA
- Experience within the area of connectivity and/or propulsion is meritorious
