Key Responsibilities:
You will be a part of the After Market Quality team and will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation where you will be able to help us create an exceptional environment.


We are currently looking for a Product Quality Leader who will focus on improving connectivity, stability, and quality. Simultaneously, assist the team with organisation Product Quality Items of. External collaboration and interaction will be a regular part of the job.


The PQL is in charge of leading the work to define the problem using the methods available for the task, such as reproducing the issue in a digital environment or in a vehicle and collecting relevant log files or other methods that provide valuable input into understanding the problem description.


Main responsibilities include:
Manage and prioritise quality issues within connectivity cloud functions, telematics connectivity, App and remote services.
Develop and carry out Product Quality Improvement projects for problems.
Investigate and assess existing high-quality items
Assist the team with customer complaints while maintaining connectivity;
Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholders;
Improve processes to enable operational quality; and
Determine quality objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
High level of competence in cloud and architecture, as well as validation of connectivity functionality

Experience and skill in working with the requirements process

You will be part of a team that provides cloud solutions to OEMs.
You will report to the Program Manager for operational setup.
