Be responsible for risk management documentation and ensure that the design is assessed based on potential risks
Ensure, together with the team, that the design meets current standards, requirements, and regulations
Participate in the formal design review process and ensure compliance with the requirements
Work with external companies to certify product/component against defined standards
Support verification and validation activities

You will report to our R&D Manager with your base in Gothenburg, Sweden, in the FlexLink HQ.

This is you
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven, structured, and methodical person with a solution-oriented approach. You have a good ability and interest in reading and interpreting international standards and directives in a pragmatic way. Ideally, you are used to an international environment characterized by high quality requirements, rules, and standards.
We also believe that you are open to new knowledge, work independently and take your own initiative. You are a team player with a good and clear communication ability that builds commitment and understanding for your questions, while not being afraid to question if necessary.
For us, your drive and attitude towards learning and keeping up to date with regulations and standards is more important than fulfilling all the required skills. With that said, here are skills that would be ideal if you had:
Technical education, at least at bachelor's level, with a focus on product development, quality or similar
