About the assignment:

Description

The assignment could include tasks such as the following examples (Not limited to):
- General coordination with stakeholders eg, countries, teams that the client depend on & collaborate with for ways of working, configuration and technical integration with the new supplier
- Document*/Specify technical aspects of how the client set up, integrate, implement & configure the new solution. *Documentation through channels such as Confluence, PPT Presentations etc. (info for co-workers in the countries and others using the solution).
- Facilitate communication with countries - e.g. reference group & Teams channel for feedback from countries to gather experiences, needs & ideas as well as support day to day communication during the roll-out
-Develop training material for co-workers in the countries together with Yotpo & the product team
- In other ways, support in the day to day activities related to the roll-out

Mandatory competence and experience:

- 4-7 years’ experience (Senior) Product Specialist to assist in the User Generated Content .
- Ability to combine business & IT knowledge
- Communication & stakeholder management (Senior)
- Facilitating, planning and managing day to day discussions & workshops
- Technical documentation (OBS! Not on a code level but rather "IT Architecture/configuration/how to guides" with close support & collaboration from the Product Team) Senior level
- Documenting training material(Senior)
- Support in co-worker training (in collaboration with colleagues & Yotpo)
- Experience from working in an agile environment


Preferred competence and experience:

- Basic knowledge of IT Delivery Processes, Application Landscape and the business information it contains

Preferred personal qualities:

- Being proactive & self-starter
- Being able to adjust to change and be adjustable
- Ability to analyse and describe complex and abstract scenarios in a structured and comprehensive way
- Ability to express key points and arguments clearly
- Ability to find patterns and improvement possibilities
