The purpose is therefore: >To secure that the support channels (Web and Call Center) are well prepared to deliver support of a new product.>To secure that regional / market unit representatives test new products in local market conditions >To provide input to product development / solution development on how products / solutions can be improved. The Product Support Project Coordinator has responsibilities within: >>Pre-launch testing >>Product Content production >>Product Content Maintenance >>TTM Projects Required competence >>>Experienced in Support from either a Helpdesk, Content development, or Testing background >>>Project Management skills, in terms of being able to plan and execute several activities, and keep track of progress >>>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral >>>Good technical skills in terms of understanding the functions and features of products >>>Team player >>>Good at networking >>>Confident in meetings / presentations One-man consultant companies also may apply
