Surface Division is now searching for a Production Controller to Product company Örebro. 
As Production controller you will be a part of the SRD controlling team which consist of the Production controller and one Business controller. You will also be a part of the Production management team, other cross-functional forums and interact with other departments on a daily basis.

As Production controller you will have a “spider in the web” role regarding Production related processes within Finance. You have a positive and outgoing attitude, high interest in people and knowledge within Finance. Collaboration with the Business controller is key, as well as with several other functions such as Planning, Sourcing and Parts Preparation. Your mission
Your mission as Production controller is to support the organization with process improvements, financial and non-financial, training and to create an awareness about the financial impact from different decisions. You should also, together with the business controller, ensure correct and timely reporting to Epiroc Group and other stakeholders. You should have a proactive approach in a cross-functional organization where operational understanding is key. You are also expected to act as Business key user for Controlling in M3 and work closely together with other BKUs, both within Finance and other areas. 
You have the responsibility to: 
•    Responsible for month, quarter and year end closing and reporting, where correctness and deadlines are important.  
•    Follow up and analyze trends in inventory, production and product cost to ensure correctness, understanding and proactively initiate improvement initiatives     
•    Continuously develop/improve routines and processes and ensure proactivity and actions         
•    Be a key user for Controlling in our business system M3, including active participation in forums and development projects excellence
•    Collaboration with our Product Companies worldwide within SRD division, have a close relationship with controllers in other entities and to the Center of excellence
Your profile
You have a collaborative mindset with a fundamental believe that working together in a cross-functional environment is the way to dare to think new about the way we work, collaborate and our processes. Good social competence and an interest in the business is key in this role since your success is dependent on your ability to interact with others. Analytical and motivating personality with strong communication skills and positive attitude. Curious mindset and with high interest in learning and you own personal development and growth. You also need to have a high interest in questions around ERP systems and processes used. 

You have a Finance degree on university level or other relevant background and experience, 3-5 years of work experience. Experience of working in complex ERP systems is a requirement, and if you have knowledge in M3 it is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English is required.
