About the job

Excillum is growing so we are looking for an innovative and experienced Production Engineer to redefine and improve the production process of our high quality, multi-disciplinary x-ray sources. You will help us optimize our production and ensure that the company’s manufacturing process runs as efficiently as possible by assessing and analyzing current production methods.

You will be alone in this role and therefore the scope of action is wide when it comes to developing production processes and working methods. The position is placed at Excillum headquarter in Stockholm, Kista, and you will work in a team of highly skilled assemblers and engineers with immediate access to the R&D team.

Most important tasks

- Increase speed and efficiency of processes whiteout compromising quality
- Plan, manage and oversee all elements of production in our factory and maximize the productivity
- Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes

Qualifications to apply

- M.Sc. in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from production optimization in relevant field
- A complete understanding of manufacturing processes
- Extensive communication skills in English, both verbally and written
