Tetra Pak Inventing AB in Fjällbacka is now hiring for the position Production Engineer where we a looking for a driven person with a deep interest in technology for the process engineer activities within Additional Materials - Strips & Film. We manufacture plastic film and strips for Tetra Pak's various packaging systems.

In this position, you are maintaining and improving the process for strips production.

You will participate in and drive many interesting improvement teams which will give you the possibility to develop a deep understanding of areas such as equipment, quality, methods and production processes. We offer you a challenging position in dynamic organization with great technical know-how.


Main responsibilities

-Process owner in the slitting and spooling area
-Drive the production process specification and test methods
-Lead improvement teams to reduce quality and efficiency losses
-Develop training material and drive process training to secure the quality of the production processes
-Drive teams to specify new equipment


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you are result oriented with a high inner drive. You are a true team player and possess excellent communication skills. As a person you are curious with a holistic perspective and enjoy sharing your knowledge and motivating others.

You have an analytical and systematic approach combined with a deep interest in technology, quality and production processes.

You have a technical background preferably mechanical or electrical on a high school or university degree level. Previous work life experience from the industry where you have gained process know-how including experience of Lean Production or Six Sigma is meriting. Experience from continuous improvement work is seen as an advantage.

You have an excellent command in English, both written and spoken.
