We are currently searching for a Production Engineer


Your day-to-day work

To initiate and map out the implementation of ERP system within manufacturing.
Guiding work of your colleagues in accordance to company policies and procedures within production systems.
Designing manufacturing processes, operation systems, roles, responsibilities and equipment for the manufacturing facility and warehouse.
Preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Your responsibilities will also include updating administrating and safeguarding, all production relevant documents and co-ordinating them to be implemented in ERP system.
Continuing to develop 5S and conducting regular 5S audits within the manufacturing facility.
Supporting and ensuring KPI development.
Contribute towards continuous improvement projects to ensure Production flows and product quality throughout the value chain.


As Production engineer, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling day to day production for ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing of ceramic powder products.


We expect you to
Be a Production Engineer with a strong competence base in lean manufacturing tools, statistical process control, risk analysis and continuous improvements methods. You have a strong interest in industrial operations within ceramic industry and how different methods can be applied within the operative industry.

A postgraduate student with an engineering / university degree in Production engineering and management.
Good knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, incl. Autonomous Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance), Visual Management, OEE, 7 types of waste, SMED, Standardized Work Methods.
Experienced in practical problem solving (e.g. 8D)
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma.
You have a capability to lead the way forward within the area of quality and continuous improvement as well as standardizing the way of working.
Attentive attitude towards daily management, in industrial & operational needs.
