PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a development oriented Production Manager with the primary mission to lead and develop the company's production activities and organization. The company is growing rapidly with many exciting challenges and development projects to manage.

You are part of the management team, reporting to the plant manager and you are responsible for production, production engineering, facility, and service / maintenance management.

Main tasks

• Planning, management and control of current production and deliveries.


• Production, technology, service / maintenance and property.


• Improvement / Lean production


• Organizational and professional development.


• Other tasks related to the operation and development of the production unit, and work together with the management team to develop the unit.


Qualifications

We assume that you have at least five years of experience in enterprise production responsibilities and successful development targeting production / logistics in the automotive industry.

You handle English in speech and writing and have very good technical skills.

You have relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

Personality

To succeed in the role you will need very good leadership and interpersonal skills that will allow you and the organization can manage and develop production and organization. Keywords for the company is to be clear, courageous, curious and engaged.

You need to feel comfortable with the combination of operational and strategic work and to work in an organization with a strong customer focus.
