Production Manager

In our department we are 40 experienced and motivated persons that produces Filling Equipment for the Value and Economy segment.We are now looking for a production manager.

Some of your tasks will be to:
Set the budget for costs and resources based on the yearly predictions
Plan resources for short, middle and long perspective
Personnel responsibility for 20 persons
Use WCM methods to increase the quality, shorten the lead times and lower the costs of the production
Be a member of the local management team
Active member of different improvement teams and pillar teams



Kvalifikationer
The successful candidate has a solid technical interest combined with relevant education, some experience of managing people and change management.If you have experience of filling machines this will be considered as a merit.

Excellent command of English and Swedish both written and verbal will be required.You have strong informal leadership with a focus on motivating people.
