Production Manager (m/f)

Your job specifications:
Continuous improvement within production in terms of quality, quantity and costs including optimization of waste and down time / Develop, implement and measure company and product quality targets and standards / Cost centre responsibility including monitoring production costs, facilitating cost reduction measures and reporting key performance indicators / Provide high level of leadership to production team regarding recruitment, training, development, appraisal and capacity planning / Coordination and implementation of complex technical changes (products etc.) and solutions as well as active support on product development topics / Support and planning of preventative maintenance for production team (TPM)

Your profile:
Qualified degree with focus on production / Proven production experience, for example in a similar position within automotive industry / Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English languages (fluent verbal/written)
