Production worker

The concrete factory is responsible for the construction of our prefabricated bathroom modules. As an employee of this hall, you will work in various positions, depending on the needs. The production process includes the preparation of molds for pouring in accordance with the technical specification and BoM, preparation of reinforcement and heating, laying of drain pipes, and setting of machines. Then everything is poured with specialized concrete. After being dried, the elements are transported to the assembly line, where they are assembled. The entire module is then shipped to the main factory for installation work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Making formwork on production tables and machines based on technical drawings
2. Preparation of reinforcement, underfloor heating, and waste pipes
3. Pouring molds with concrete
4. Disassembly of elements, internal transport
Assembly of the cabins with the use of an overhead crane
Competence requirements:
1. Ability to read technical drawings and bill of materials list
2. Accuracy in the work performed
3. Good work organization, independence
4. Experience in prefabrication is much appreciated
Other qualifications: License for cranes is desirable but not obligatory. Young, motivated.
