Professional Service Specialist

Responsibilities: * Improve professional service development process/IT system. * Participate in professional service product definition, design based on market need * Professional service product requirement analysis of important projects: refine and prioritize the customer's requirements. * Participate in international seminar and forum for professional service development. Participate in professional service pre-sales support with focus on European market. Qualifications: * More than 8 years work experience in service field with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. * More than 4 years experience from professional service within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. * Knowledge and experience of designing or developing at least one of Network design service or Network performance improvement service or other professional service. * Familiar with professional service development or delivery process. Others: * Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. * Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization. * Must welcome challenges. * Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
