Professional Training Sales Executive As a member of our growing sales team, initially based in our Stockholm office, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and long-term client relationships with large and mid-size companies in the Nordic and beyond. Success in generating subsequent repeat business will lead to account management responsibilities. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and expanding team, where those who demonstrate management potential and an aptitude for sales move quickly up the promotional ladder. Whilst a background in training and development is not essential you will need to be passionate about building relationships over the phone and understanding client's training needs. You will need to fully appreciate the benefits organisations can derive from having a professionally trained workforce. Successful candidates will be ambitious, target-driven, highly motivated and willing to learn. Previous sales experience is not essential however you must be able to communicate professionally and persuasively with senior level management. Along with fluency in English, fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages will be advantageous.
