Adecco Office & HR förmedlar administratörer, receptionister, sekreterare, administrativa chefer, HR-personal, personalchefer m fl.Vi har lång erfarenhet av branschen och har i många år hjälpt både små och stora företag.Mer information om Adecco finner du på www.adecco.se Program Buyer On behalf of a client in Göteborg Adecco are looking for a Program Buyer who is fluent in English.The role will involve: Coordination of program purchasing activities in cooperation with the commodity purchasing groups.Support of all program purchasing activities within the Customer Purchasing organization.Provide financial expertise for purchasing decisions and work with standardization of purchasing processes / procedures.Major Responsibilities -Control and approval of all program purchasing activities and decisions in line with customer demands and commodity strategies.-Provide financial expertise/support in terms of tooling and investment budgets, customer conditions, cost tracking, etc.in order to meet program and purchasing goals.-Guarantee financial control over the programs from phase 0-5 and over lifetime -Coordinate the supply chain requirements e.g.when/how to source, early sourcing, cross program supplier selection etc.-Support of proper make or buy decisions.-Guarantee compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.-Improvement of program-profitability as well as of all purchasing activities for the purposes of continuous improvement through global sourcing, long/life-time reductions etc. Requirements - Commercial or technical degree or appropriate job experience - Some years within the industry, automotive or commodity related, purchasing experience, operational and strategic involvement - In depth understanding of purchasing tools and practices - PC knowledge (MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Controlling and cost analysis knowledge - Knowledge of SAP procurement systems - Fluent in English Interpersonal skills that are highly valued are: Teamwork, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Planning and Health & Safety Awareness.Based on your skills and your ambitions Adecco gives you the ability to work on interesting assignments in attractive companies, to services that may never come out on the open market.As a consultant you are working at Adecco and working on various assignments that match your skills.
