Program Coordinator to Scania

Sales and Marketing has the responsibility for our customer offer and business strategy for Trucks, Bus, Power Solutions, Parts and Services, as well as sales support. Sales and Marketing is the proprietor of the Scania brand and governs the commercial network through franchise standards. Sales and Marketing is also responsible for entering new markets.

Commercial IT Platform is a section which is provider of cross process systems and data management for the whole commercial organisation – systems that are the backbone for the wholesale and retail operation including invoicing, bookkeeping and administration.

One department within Commercial IT Platform is Dynamics Platform, having the responsibility of D365 Finance & Operations development and implementations globally. This department also has the responsibility to maintain Axapta and Invoice Handling Systems.

 

D365 Program is in an intensive phase of development and roll-out. In order to keep track of all the activities and have structured follow-ups, we are looking for a Program coordinator who will work closely with D365 Program manager for smooth functioning of the program.

 

Job Description

You in the role of Program coordinator will support D365 Program Manager in the activities which are falling under the umbrella of the program. You will be responsible for taking care of administrative and management support activities. In this role, you will not only support program manager but will also support other project team members to undertake project activities that require detailed or time-consuming tracking and follow-ups.

We are looking for an energetic person in the early phasis of his/her career and should have at least 1 – 2 years of experience working within various kind of projects. You need to be extremely structured and feel comfortable with different tools/platform that support program/project coordination activities.

We believe that you have a university degree or corresponding knowledge. You are willing to travel, find international contacts stimulating and speak and write English fluently.
