This is a billion-dollar enterprise with locations on four continents. Their headquarters is in Waltham, Massachusetts with European offices in The Netherlands, Ireland, France, Hungary and the UK.
Clients such as NEC, Iomega, Naftec. Adobe, Handspring, and Sun rely on their global network of facilities to provide product assembly, multi-channel fulfilment services, customer care, and to simplify getting to market on an international scale.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Client Satisfaction, Profitability and Program Management. Act as the main interface between customers and internal supporting departments to optimise best practices. Solidify business relationships and develop a professional daily relationship with Clients.

Tasks:
Communicate proactively with the client on business issues and opportunities. Including participating in Quarterly Business Reviews and/or Monthly Business Reviews
Work with the client to manage and monitor the implementation of changes and new requirements
Verify client contractual obligations are met to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Support account team in delivering reports to support client business needs
Use project management tools to monitor each stage of a project to ensure implementation is in time and within budget
Attend scheduled training when requested
Act as a post induction mentor to new employees within the team
Participate in development of sales budgets and plans
Monitor sales performance against budget and profitability of Contracts within

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required

" 3 years relevant experience in a business environment
" Working knowledge of the Business Management Process
" Ability to read and understand financial statements
" Analytical skills including exposure to systems and familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Ability to effectively delegate
" Ability to effectively manage a teams in a cross functional environment
" Ability to manage multiple projects
" Proficient in MS Office suite, MS Project and MS Power Point
