Job Description

As a Program Manager you collaborate in a team of two to four other program managers to design and lead our students’ learning journeys in one or several programs. Together with them you are responsible for designing and facilitating the students’ learning journeys throughout the time they are enrolled.

As a Program Manager you are a learning designer and a creator of experience based learning, an innovator, a motivator, a creator, an organiser, and a strategist.

You can plan, develop, and follow up both business activities, individuals, and teams with the aim of delivering world class learning experiences.

Responsibilities & Tasks

- Collaborate with your team to facilitate, plan and organize the learning journey for the students, in both onsite and online- settings.
- Project planning, execution and follow up of assigned learning concepts within Hyper Island Programs.
- Actively grow and maintain the professional network consisting of speakers, trainers and leaders from the creative industry.
- Managing various projects such as Cross Program workshops.
- Continuous work with budget, forecast and cost control.
- Prepare for, perform, document and follow up on quality assurance activities. Participate in the process of applying and re-applying for new and current programs.
- Plan and lead the yearly Program Development process for the program.
- Support student recruitment and marketing.


Requirements:

- Higher education or vocational education in a relevant field
- Experience in experience based learning design.
- Experience in remote learning design.
- Experience in project management, leadership and pedagogy
- A genuine interest for education and individual development
- A genuine interest for digital/tech and design
- High communication skills
- Proven skills within handling and driving change
- Native/near native in English and Swedish, written and verbal
- Experience with educational leadership, change management, coaching, operational management or equivalent is a plus


Terms

We’re opening up for three vacant positions:

- One full time, continuous employment contract , 25 days holiday per year (pro rata). 6 months probation, 2 months notice period (2 weeks during probation) for external applicants, leading to a permanent employment.
- One full time, temporary employment until June 2022 as a substitute for ordinary staff on a temporary leave.
- One full time, temporary employment until June 2022 as a substitute for ordinary staff on parental leave.
You will report directly to the program manager team lead Veronica Thunborg (Stockholm) or Cecilia Lindberg (Karlskrona).

Time

Start from June, July or 1st of August the latest, depending on your current job situation and your estimated on-boarding time.

Location

The positions are based in either Stockholm or Karlskrona, Sweden. The work can temporarily be done remotely even post Covid-19. However, we prefer candidates who are located close to the Stockholm or Karlskrona offices.
