About the role
As Program Administrator you will work closely with the Department Director and EURASIA Programme Officers to manage the grants for the EURASIA region.

Your main responsibility will be to give input and assess partners reporting and provide other programmatic support, such as assisting your colleagues in monitoring and analysing the human rights situation in EURASIA.

The Programme Administrators reports to the EURASIA Department Director.

The role offers great variety, including work tasks such as:

- Assisting in monitoring and analysing the human rights situation in the EURASIA region
- Assisting in conducting human rights activities and capacity building according to the annual plan of action
- Assisting in evaluating and reporting of the grants
- Assisting in tracking programme budgets
- Maintain regular communication with the partners and give feedback on the grant’s management
- Overseeing the following office facilities: equipment, inventory, purchases and office cleanliness
- Procuring office equipment and services
- Managing logistics for seminars, workshops and project-organised public events including printing, facilities, trainee logistics, banners, signage etc.
- Liaising with government agencies on customs, visa and other issues
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Department Director and programme staff, and that are consistent with the duties of a project administrator

To be suitable for this position you have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations or similar, including education on international human rights mechanisms
- At least one year of working experience with human rights
- Documented experience of work in the NGO sector, and/or advocacy work
- Experience in working with budgets, grants
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word

This is a full-time permanent employment with 6 months probationary employment, starting as soon as possible or according to agreement.
