Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for a well-organized and dedicated person to join us in our Stockholm office. Required languages are Swedish and English with advantage of knowledge of Croatian.
The applications from candidates with administrative/financial experience and relevant academic background will be prioritized but are not necessarily crucial for the position.


Main responsibilities are:

Day to day registration of contracts
Generating, processing and distributing invoices/credit notes
Maintain up to date billing system
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Order office supplies
Assistance with financial reporting and reporting in general
HR reporting
Registration of workers with Migrationsverket (applications for work permits)
Communication with relevant Norwegian authorities such as Skatteverket, Tullverket, Bolagsverket, Elsäkerhetsverket, etc.
Assist with all various urgent tasks


Skills and qualifications:

Higher education, preferably in Business administration or similar
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to deliver results under pressure
Attention to details and accuracy
Ability to work individually
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command of Swedish and English
Proficient user of MS Office
