PROJECT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project and Change Manager to help developing proposals for our organization controlled and run by line managers. You’ll also require involvement from parts of the organization and in addition to that there is a need for supporting functions for the implementation.
What you'll do:
● Assignment/change management with a focus on organizational changes, and provide facilitation of workshops and work meetings.
● Coaching of managers who are part of the assignment, and documentation of completed work, visualization of proposals, development of presentation material to be able to involve and inform affected target groups.
● Follow up agreements and initiate changes, the outcome of the administration's operating expenses and report the outcome.
● Lead management meetings, continuously inform about the management products (communication plan) and adapt/develop and implement IT (info)security routines.
● Check compliance with info security routines (log follow-up, - ensure accuracy, report deviations), and coordinate the development and testing of backup routines.
● Make demands on affected projects from a management perspective, coordinate assignments and activities with other objects and projects.
● Prioritise and decide within the framework of the management plan, coordinate internal and external suppliers, and interact with suppliers in various forums (user forums, technology forums, meetings, etc.).
Who you are:
● College/university education comprising at least 120p/180 credits in HR, behavioural sciences or IT, or equivalent education or work experience.
● At least 10 years of experience working with project or change management linked to organizational changes.
● Possess at least 5 years of experience in independently running projects.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● Several years of experience from organizational changes in value stream-oriented operations, and change management in IT operations.
