Responsible for execution of development projects from start of System Design to finish of Product Launch and Production Ramp-Up.. Responsible for all project activities in B&PD, P&SC and MKT through own team members and sub project managers.. Responsible for project budget (fixed cost, and internally purchased hours), product specifications, mile stone plan and product cost.. Communication of project progress to Snr.Manager THC, Steering Committee, VP B&PD and NBC.As team leader for a team you are also responsible for: . Own team budget (fixed cost, salaries, and internally purchased hours) . Planning, resource allocation and follow up of tasks..Individual follow up through MS-meetings.. Competence development of team and individual team members.. Communication and discussion of "team temperature" to Snr.Manager THC.Qualifications We think you are a: .A natural leader, who can formulate targets, communicate them and make a large team all move in the same direction towards the target.. A strong communicator and motivator..Execution oriented - focused on "getting things done".. Able to handle an open and robust dialog with resource owners, project stake holders and management.We think you should have: . In depth knowledge and several years of experience from project management and the tools and techniques involved.Certification is an advantage.. A big interest in people and management..
