Project Buyer for consultant assignment in the Automotive indust

We are now looking for a Project Buyer Consultant to be located in Gothenburg. The majority of the stakeholders and suppliers you will be working with are located in Sweden. Your main stakeholder will in the Real Estate industry and you will work closely with this type of suppliers.

Main responsibilities: 
• Drive sourcing activities for investment projects in real estate CAPEX projects
• Lead supplier negotiations
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with our suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders on construction procurement strategies, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle
• Adapt of our construction contract templates in cooperation with stakeholders and external lawyers to fit project needs
• Analyze and optimize specifications and construction methods together with stakeholders

Desired Education/Experience:
• Master of Science or Business Administration
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English

Main skills & competencies:
• At least 5 years´ experience in purchasing
• Significant experience from purchasing construction projects or other relevant major construction projects experience is a must
• Solid project management, problem solving and continuous improvement skills
• Strong team and cross-functional work player
• High energy and passion for performance
• Positive spirit
• Holistic view and ability to optimize on value.
• Ability to be effective in a variety of presentation settings

Travel: Travel is required occasionally.
Location: Göteborg, Sweden
