We are now looking to expand the exciting area of Chassis system with a Project coordinator within the Chassis, Propulsion & Thermal organization !



 

Description

Chassis system is considered as one of our highest priority area within the Powertrain & Chassis organization, highly focusing on Chassis systems for Electric Vehicle. Vehicle Dynamic´s attribute and Simulation. All with the focus to combine an exceptional drive/ride experience with the highest levels of safety, traffic and energy efficiency as well as user convenience.

As a Project coordinator you will support and coordinator project related activities for a team of engineers, within Chassis, propulsion and Thermal. Initiate and lead timing workshops, FMEA, different task force within our department. You will work closely with our Project leaders, also heavily interact with neighboring teams, vehicle motions & controls and other departments within NEVS Technical Development, suppliers, and also R&D partners, often in an international setting.

Your position will complement existing skills and resources, and you will be reporting to the Director Chassis, Propulsion &  Thermal.



The role involves :

- Supporting ongoing vehicle projects during the entire development phase.
- Work close to our Project leader, and support specific tasks.
- Define, maintain and continuously improve engineering and product development processes guidelines and methodologies in the area of Chassis, Propulsion &Thermal.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent,
- Extensive experience from project and developing Chassis, Propulsion and Thermal systems and release high volume series production,
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written,
- Driver license B.





 

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Have Project leading and technical skills,
- Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded,
- Have good communication skills,
- Have the ability to plan and prioritize.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
