Project Coordinator – Interior

We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to strengthen our Interior team. Your responsibility will be to support our Unit Project Leaders to align the projects on Unit level in Interior and cross functionally within CEVT. You will follow-up on project target fulfillment and track that project deliveries follow release deadlines. You will also support the UPL to prepare for project gate reports and documentation for project reviews and meetings.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Support Unit level project leader for assigned projects
- Track Module and System teams deliveries into the projects
- Follow up on project target fulfillment
- Support the UPL to ensure project progress and provide status reports.
- Run project meetings on delegated mission from UPL and participate in various vehicle level project meetings
- Jointly with UPL cascade project info to VP, MTDs and System Managers
- Support task forces on delegated mission from UPL
- Prepare documentation for Project gates, reports and reviews

Requirements

- BSc. or M.Sc. in engineering or other relevant education
- 3 to 5 years’ experience of Automotive Industry
- Experience of project management and business development
- Excellent in co-operation, networking, team-working
- You are a skilled user in Microsoft Office and Share Point
- Driven, problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Chinese is qualifying
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
- Ability to travel
