Job description
Are you experienced within project management in the process industry? Do you want to work in one of the world's biggest snack food companies with brands like Marabou, Daim, Aladdin, and O'boy? Right now, Mondelez in Upplands Väsby is looking their next Project Engineer.

As Project Engineer, you are responsible for the design, scoping and delivery of engineering projects related to the installation of new and modified equipment. Acting as the project manager, you are responsible for the management of all stages of the projects including development of technical specifications, management of internal and external resources and cost management throughout the projects.
 
You will report to the Business Development and Engineering Manager and will become part of a multifaceted group consisting of skilled project engineers. You will be part of a workplace with positive environment and great opportunities within the international organization. The role will be stationed in Upplands Väsby, Sweden.



Responsibilities
 Lead capital projects from the design phase until commissioning and handover to production
 Manage the project budget inside agreed limits
Manage the communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper involvement in the process
Ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented.
Support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies using the Mondelēz standardized solutions
Follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to
Support the capex budgeting and strategic planning processes




Qualifications
We are looking for a person with:

• A university degree in engineering
• A few years’ experience working with project management within the process industry

We also believe that you are used to pushing issues independently, are proactive and like to have good foresight. Furthermore, you find it interesting to work with problem solving in a complex environment.
