Your profile
* We believe you have experience of leading teams within electrical, control system, mechanical or process design related to gas turbines, power plants or similar.
* You have the ability to read and interpret customer contracts from a technical perspective and you have experience working with industry standards and customers way of thinking.
* As a person, you are goal-oriented, responsible and structured.
* You have experience of working in teams and want to be involved in a developing process organization that has a direct impact on the supply chain to the customer.
* You speak and write fluent Swedish and English

Your responsibilitites
* You will be part of the project execution team with responsibility for delivery of gas turbine with its auxiliary systems and other plant equipment/systems such as boilers, steam turbines, transformers etc. (extended scope)
* Together with the project team, you define the scope of delivery based on the contract and monitor the work with the aim of reducing risk exposure and creating opportunities for additional sales.
* Leading engineering teams working with the various gas turbine and plant systems.
* In addition to this, you coordinate technology-related work between different manufacturing units for different parts of the delivery, e.g. gas turbine, boiler and steam turbine.
* Participate in customer meeting. 20-30 travel days/year.    
 

The team of Project Engineering Managers (PEM) for extended scope consists of approximately 10 people and we are part of the gas turbine organization with responsibility for extended scope engineering in our customer order projects.
