We are now looking for the next team member to join our Scandinavian HR team. The team consists of ten people that handles all HR matters regarding our Swedish employees, serving eight of our vessels as well as our shore organization. We are a team who work closely together and sharing the responsibility to give our business the best support.

What will you do?
As Project Lead Sea Recruitment you role is to safeguard that we attract and recruit the right talents for the future. Your focus is to ensure the inflow of new sea recruits by independently plan, develop and conduct recruitment processes within the onboard organization. You will also be the one taking lead in our seasonal recruitment. It’s important that you always have the candidate and employee experience in mind throughout the attract and recruit process according to our Employer Brand. By delivering a high quality, customer focused recruitment, you will support the business to deliver on their goals.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the sea recruitment process, both seasonal and single recruitments
- Develop and improve systems and administrative tasks related to all sea recruitments
- Challenge and explore new digital opportunities to improve and enable effectiveness
- Plan, project lead, evaluate and improve onboard seasonal recruitment process
- Supervise and coach the seasonal recruitment team
- Participate in onboarding process according to established procedure
- Administrative tasks such as contracts, uniforms, staff cards and training
- Plan, lead and implement necessary onboard Employer Branding activities in line with Stena Line’s Employer Brand
- Responsible for collaborations with onboard related schools regarding career events, internships and other Employer Branding activities
- Independently conduct requested onboard recruitments on all levels

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a can-do mind-set that has a lot of drive and energy for improvements and change. We believe you have a great ability to work independently with parallel projects at the same time. You are a social company ambassador that can communicate with different people both within and outside the organization. We also believe you have the ability to lead projects and the people in it, towards the finish line. Being able to handle administrative tasks in a structured, detail-oriented way with the bigger picture in mind, will definitely come in handy in this role.

The must-haves:
- Bachelor degree within Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year experience from working with recruitment, preferably volume recruitment processes
- Experience in project management
- Experience holding presentations for larger groups
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience in Employer Branding activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken

Leadership experience is definitely a plus!
