Once everything is in place and the building is operational, you make sure that we are continuously improving and developing this workplace.
For this influential role, we are looking for a skilled Project Leader with solid experience of creating workplaces. You know how to gather demands and transform these into a reality based on the needs of the coworkers and business. You take responsibility for securing that risk assessments in all dimensions are done, as well as making sure that information is in the right place, at the right time to the right people and stakeholders.
You make sure we follow time- and budget plans, and you are comfortable controlling a substantial budget.
Furthermore, you have:
Good understanding of IKEA business processes and strategic landscape.
Good knowledge of property and/or building expansions, including the legal implications connected to these projects.
A constant focus on “Cost-consciousness” and “Caring for the people and planet”
Interest in people’s life at home and at the company workplace.
Energy, drive and commitment to deliver better solutions for IKEA co-workers and visitors.
Passion to lead and develop business with, and through, people.
This is a golden opportunity to create a better everyday life for the many coworkers. Within the 17 000 m2 that falls into your responsibility, there are fantastic possibilities to shape our future ways of working.
