Project Leader Traded Products Project
TLD division has a clear strategic direction too further grow the sales of traded product bought from OEM manufacturers or other sources. Over the last two years, we have outsourced part of our product portfolio and we have identified a need to develop the processes supporting this business. In order to bring this up to speed we need a project leader to take the lead in the work to implement new products, secure an adequate set up and control of the existing flow. The other part of the role is to develop the process how to manage new and existing traded products. In this role, you will cooperate closely with the Category Manager for Traded Products. There will also be extensive cooperation with the other functions, such as Marketing, Inventory control, R&D, Supply Chain etc. This new role will play an important role in the division.

The mission for Global Category Manager Finished Products is
Map the AS-IS process for Traded product flows regarding system set up, performance (lead-time, service level, inventory level), interphases in the organization and the cooperation with the Supply HUB
Short term suggest and implement improvements in the present process for Traded product
Mid-term design and implement the TO-BE process for Traded product
Implement new product groups as Traded product
Monitor the flow of Traded products in the process and initiate improvements
Cooperate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Supply HUB, Purchasing and other functions in the organization during development and improvements of the process forward.
Evaluate suppliers on performance, productivity, quality, pricing etc.
Communicate clearly the requirements to suppliers to secure short lead-times and adequate inventories

Knowledge & Experience requirements
Hands on experience from working with large customers preferably in the mining segment
Good logistics skills and knowledge in our PC and CC ERP systems
Proven track record of growing business in an international context  Ny rad
A proven record of successful result through direct negotiations with major customers
Good knowledge and understanding of the mining business
Strong customer focus
Proven ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical , negotiation & communications skill with a strong customer focus
Strong change management skills & strategic business thinking
Good command of oral and written English. 
Proficient in use of MS Office/Outlook/Excel
Strong process orientation and knowledge of Epiroc way of work is beneficiary
Interested to develop toward and learn more regarding Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain

Personality requirements
Results-oriented and analytic. Self-motivated and independent. Stuctured and disciplined. Creative with ability to think outside the box. Very good communication and motivational skills. To be successful in this role, you must achieve results through good cooperation with others. A structured way of working is vital. A strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment. A proven track record of executing according to defined strategy and follow up.

Location: Fagersta,  Sweden. Other locations is also a possibility.
